The Old Girls Club is a virtual gathering space for women and non-binary people working in male-dominated industries, with a specific focus on members with 5+ years of experience.

Members are committed to giving and receiving non-performative & tactical support in the form of intros, insights, examples, guidance and resources.

  • Sometimes life gets crazy, or you just don’t want to log into Slack everyday.

    Every 2 weeks, you’ll receive a straight-to-the-point email roundup of open roles with warm intros in the community, member asks for help, useful tips, and hot threads so you can easily jump back in.

  • Members often take it upon themselves to build resources for the group.

    Some existing resources include a public-facing consultants directory, a talent collective shared with recruiters, and a database of member favorites across professional and personal categories.

  • Membership is $10/mo or $100/year. We’re confident you’ll feel it’s worth that and much more following your trial, but we want you to feel confident too.

  • Members have an average of 8-12 and a minimum of 3 years experience in their industry to ensure they can give as much to the community as they take.
