The old boys club has been the only club for too long.
The Old Girls Club is a virtual gathering space for women and non-binary people working in male-dominated industries, with a specific focus on members with 5+ years of experience.
Members are committed to giving and receiving non-performative & tactical support in the form of intros, insights, examples, guidance and resources.
Non-performative.
Actually helpful.
Safe, confidential & empathetic.
Respectful of busy schedules.
-
130k+ messages sent. Threads only. No time-wasting, little small talk. Just asking for help and giving it in return.
-
Sometimes life gets crazy, or you just don’t want to log into Slack everyday.
Every 2 weeks, you’ll receive a straight-to-the-point email roundup of open roles with warm intros in the community, member asks for help, useful tips, and hot threads so you can easily jump back in.
-
Members often take it upon themselves to build resources for the group.
Some existing resources include a public-facing consultants directory, a talent collective shared with recruiters, and a database of member favorites across professional and personal categories.
-
Membership is $10/mo or $100/year. We’re confident you’ll feel it’s worth that and much more following your trial, but we want you to feel confident too.
-
Members have an average of 8-12 and a minimum of 3 years experience in their industry to ensure they can give as much to the community as they take.
What to expect
We’re biased, but we think OGC is pretty great.

"OGC gave me the network of my dreams practically overnight. Within one week of joining, I had 3 calls scheduled to give/receive help. Having a community that balances work and personal topics has been so valuable, too. Where else does $10/month have that kind of ROI?"
— Penny Crane

"Everyday, I learn something new from this intelligent and insightful group of women. It's a little corner of the internet where I feel safe and empowered that adds tremendous value to my life."
— Bonnie Fishel

“The old girls club is the type of community that women in business have longed for, but could never find. This club is about power in the right form: building women up, member by member, to reach their highest potential and boldest goals without shame."
— Jess Galica

"When I joined the OGC, I was just getting started with consulting full time. Over the past two years, I've been able to pay it forward to other women who are considering starting consulting, and even refer business to several OGCers. As a solo entrepreneur, I'm so appreciative of having a community of badass women that I can look up to, learn from, and connect with."
— Dani Aceituno

"OGC made me feel less alone. I've met collaborators and clients, and I can speak my mind freely. Now in my first year as a mom, OGC has again made me feel less alone. The 'working mom' can feel like two incompatible puzzle pieces but OGC members are figuring it out in genius ways.
— Menaka Iyer

"OGC is a community I talk about to anyone and everyone - it's THAT special. The network, people, topics, opportunities and advice that I've seen in OGC is something I haven't experienced in any other community I've been apart of."
— Manali Hanamsagar
-
"I know how much I love OGC from one simple fact: I feel the FOMO if I leave a message unread! We are having amazing conversations here."
— Beren Rana Oz

"I've found an amazing group of women that are responsive, supportive, and willing to help out with pretty much anything. We can commiserate around job searching, working, momming, or just being a woman. But there's also a positive and caring vibe to pretty much every conversation. I've had several informational interviews, landed a few referrals, and completely filled out my Christmas wish list with recommendations from the community."
